The AEV Borah DualSport Wheel is engineered around how your Jeep is built and used, not a one-size-fits-all compromise. Designed with vehicle-specific offsets and load requirements, the Borah DualSport Wheel delivers OEM-quality handling, proper scrub radius, and true off-road durability—with the flexibility to run standard, protection ring, or full beadlock configurations.

Two Optimized Fitments — Engineered with Intent

+25mm Offset — JL / Gladiator Optimized Fitment
The +25mm Borah is the ideal configuration for JL Wrangler and Gladiator owners running a 2.5–3” AEV DualSport Suspension, 35–37” tires, and OEM fender flares.

  • Compatible with JL Wrangler and Gladiator only
  • Maintains proper scrub radius and confident steering feel
  • Optimized tire clearance with factory flare coverage
  • Proven at scale — the same wheel used on AEV JL350/370 and JT350/370 conversions
  • Designed for balanced on-road manners and off-road capability
  • Available in Onyx, Satin Black and Bronze

+0mm Offset — Universal, High-Clearance Fitment
The +0mm Borah is a more universal fitment, developed for drivers pushing beyond factory proportions.

  • Compatible with JL Wrangler/Gladiator and JK Wrangler platforms
  • Ideal for larger suspension/tire combinations that require more backspacing
  • Provides additional backside clearance for many aftermarket big bore shocks or coilovers
  • Well-suited for aftermarket fender flares where increased track width is desired
  • Only Available in Satin Black

Modular Beadlock Flexibility
The AEV Borah DualSport Wheel is available in multiple configurable setups to match how you drive.

  • Full Beadlock Ring: Fully functional beadlock for running very low tire pressures off-road
  • Protection Ring: Ideal for street use with added protection against trail damage
  • No Ring: Clean, minimalist appearance

Both the Beadlock Ring and Protection Ring are fully interchangeable, allowing you to run a Protection Ring on the street and upgrade to a functional Beadlock Ring when your build demands it.
